The project involved the complete engineering, installation, calibration, software integration, and commissioning of an advanced weighbridge modernization system with remote monitoring and centralized weight data management capabilities. The solution was designed to enhance weighing accuracy, operational efficiency and digital control for heavy industrial applications.

The project involved the complete engineering, installation, calibration, software integration, and commissioning of an advanced weighbridge modernization system with remote monitoring and centralized weight data management capabilities. The solution was designed to enhance weighing accuracy, operational efficiency and digital control for heavy industrial applications.

The scope included the mechanical upgrading of the existing weighbridge through the installation of high-precision stainless steel load cells, foundation adaptation works, structural support modifications and the integration of certified weighing electronics. The system incorporated weighing indicators with OIML-certified technology, providing advanced weight processing, local ticket printing, data storage and communication capabilities.

The project also included the installation of industrial A4 dot matrix printers, grounding systems and IP-67 rated components to ensure long-term reliability in demanding industrial environments. In parallel, specialized software was installed and configured to enable real-time weight recording, local database storage and remote workstation. The implemented system allows centralized supervision, reprinting of weighing tickets, historical data management, and future scalability for additional remote users and devices. The successful completion of the project delivered a fully digital, certified and remotely accessible weighbridge infrastructure optimized for industrial operations and logistics management.
